Dennis Dennis Heseltine was born in Garston, Liverpool on 12/10/1953. His mother worked in a factory, while his father worked in a betting shop after he served in the Royal Navy during World War II. Dennis had a son named Philip after his first marriage to Lynne, which lasted between 1974 and 1990. His autobiography also details his affair with Sophie Aldred (actress).
